WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
We start printing from as low as 10 pieces per design. However, if your t-shirt design is not from our ready-stocks and requires us to custom-make them, there will be a MOQ of 50 pieces.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
Our lead time is between 7-10 working days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the artwork to be printed. For shirts that are not from our ready-stocks and has to be custom-made, it will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to manufacture.
WHAT FORMAT SHOULD I SEND MY ARTWORK IN?
We require all artworks to be in at least 300 dpi, preferably in PSD, EPS, AI or PDF format. Alternatively, you can send the files in JPEG or PNG format.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED PRICING?
The price is dependent on the quantity, type of shirt, and the artwork to be printed. We will require all these 3 information in order to provide you with a quotation.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept bank transfers and Paynow.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery is free for purchase above $200. For purchase below $200, $10 delivery fee applies.
I DON'T HAVE A SOFT COPY OF THE ARTWORK. HOW?
You can send us a sketch(drawings) of your intended design. We can help you convert it to a digital image. However there will be a small artwork charge(depending on the complexity of the artwork).
